The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Warriors Party

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with deep backstory, a wide array of personalities, and a thrilling plot including celestial beings, fiends, and sinister influences growing in influence within the urban setting.

Note: Revealing details for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 are included.

The Combat-Oriented Party Revealed

The third episode concluded with a huge suspense moment and presented the initial group of heroes who will separate from the central cast to begin their separate journey, separate from the remaining groups.

This warrior group consists of Teor Pridesire (brought to life by the voice actor), the nimble rogue (Laura), the strong-willed figure (Whitney), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

Why Split the Party?

With an extensive roster, it was evident from the start that having everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

That’s why, the opening chapters of the new season serve as an Overture, weaving together the characters’ stories before splitting into three separate parties: Soldiers, Strategists, and Seekers.

Characteristics of the Soldiers Table

Per the DM, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a classically intense fight-heavy gameplay experience where non-violent answers are scarce.

Initially, characters like the squeamish cleric the cleric might look out of place, but the developments of episode 3 demonstrate why these particular heroes are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party has a clear idea where to proceed after a brutal initial meeting with the antagonists.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose demise kicked off the story’s plot—manipulated The Crow Keepers for his own means, invading the hidden lair, striking Thimble, and swiping all the magical artifacts to dispose of.

Casimir then cleared his liabilities and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, above the city, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each character has a personal reason to depart Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as the companion and closest confidant, seeks revenge.
  • Kattigan has experience in the region and warns that it is a nasty location.
  • The warrior and The healer, having defied his family’s wishes to eliminate Teor and instead rescued him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their position as important members in House Halovar could assist the team enter areas they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, Teor pledged a eternal obligation to Wicander for his deliverance and will now go with him wherever.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are sought by the authorities that govern Dol-Makjar for a range of causes, making lingering locally no longer safe:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The warrior and Wicander turned against the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by the family.

This leaves them no alternative but to travel to Timmony in quest for the traitor.

What’s Next?

Based on episode three’s follow-up content, we discover that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the rest of the cast members to round up the Questers and Schemers tables.

Fans can look forward to finding out which adventurers will be where in the season’s final introductory chapter, streaming live on the upcoming Thursday.
